Delivery of Products
Shipping
Shipments are carried out via courier (GLS or FedEx) and are always accompanied by an official invoice indicating the value of each item in Euro.
Delivery Times
We commit to meeting the delivery times shown on the Site and, in any case, to deliver within 30 days from the day following receipt of the order and confirmation of payment. If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you in writing and refund the amount paid.
Processing Hours
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Requests received over the weekend will be handled the following Monday.
Average Times

Other destinations: 10 business days
In any event, delivery will occur within the maximum legal term of 30 days.
Delivery Areas
We ship throughout Italy, the European Union, and non‑EU countries, using the method selected by the Customer at the time of order.
Inspection on Delivery
The Customer must check product conformity and integrity within 3 days of receipt. If packages arrive visibly damaged, refuse delivery or mark the delivery note “Unchecked Package,” and notify us immediately of any discrepancies or damage.
Prices and Shipping Costs
The price applied is the one listed on the Price List in effect on the day of the order (VAT included, if applicable). Shipping costs are calculated based on the chosen delivery method and destination address and are clearly shown before order submission and in the confirmation email. Any taxes or duties in the destination country are the responsibility of the Customer.
